Pre-slaughter transport stress can be minimized from bad to "not as bad" but there is only one way to avoid it - on farm slaughter.
"Bliss to Burgers" is practical only if quality is a priority.
It usually isn't practical for financially viable farms to avoid pre-slaughter transport. But it sure is wonderful if you can swing a better way!
