We need a new bull in order to avoid inbreeding. We have saved Orbison, who was born on October 23, 2023 with the hope that we can trade him for an unrelated bull to take over from Toronto, our current herd patriarch. Orbison does not have any inbreeding in his lineage. If you are into Healthy Organic, Orbison is on your wavelength! His background is impressive!
We maintain our herd purely for our own use - we do not sell meat nor animals. Apart from our current bull, Toronto, all our animals have been born on our property. If you read our section on our grass fed longhorn cattle, you will learn how Orbison and all his kin have been raised. He, as well as his parents are super tame. None of our animals are registered but by their photos you will realize that they are very "longhorn"!
